1. Job Description:

Assist the General Manager in leading the development and implementation of the company’s overall strategy; support the GM in formulating and executing the annual business plan, ensuring the achievement of the annual business objectives set by the General Manager’s Office; help the GM establish robust and effective communication channels across all departments; collaborate with the GM to build a unified, high-performing organizational team and operational framework; and manage the operations of directly supervised departments.

II. Responsibilities and Job Tasks:

Responsibility 1: Assist the General Manager in defining and implementing the company's overall strategy.

Job tasks:

1) Assist the General Manager in formulating the company’s development strategy and making adjustments based on changes in the internal and external environment;

2) Assist the General Manager in implementing the company's overall strategy, identifying market opportunities, and leading innovation and change initiatives;

Responsibility 2: Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing the company's annual business plan.

Job tasks:

1) In accordance with the annual business objectives set by the General Management Office, assist the General Manager in organizing, formulating, revising, and implementing the company’s annual business plan.

2) Assist the General Manager in overseeing and controlling the implementation of the business plan, and assume full responsibility for the outcomes.

3) Assist the General Manager in implementing the financial budget plan as well as the profit distribution and utilization strategy;

Responsibility 3: Assist the General Manager in establishing effective communication channels.

Job tasks:

1) Maintain excellent communication with the General Manager, regularly reporting on the implementation of business strategies and plans, the status of fund utilization and profit/loss performance, as well as organizational and personnel allocation updates and other significant matters.

2) Assist the General Manager in establishing smooth communication channels between the company and its customers, suppliers, partners, superior authorities, government agencies, financial institutions, media outlets, and other stakeholders.

3) Assist the General Manager in leading the company’s public relations activities to build a positive corporate image.

4) Assist the General Manager in establishing effective internal communication channels and coordinating relationships among departments;

Responsibility Four: Assist the General Manager in establishing a unified and efficient organizational and operational system for the company.

Job tasks:

1) Oversee and drive key management processes and regulations, ensuring timely optimization and adjustments to both the organization and its workflows.

2) Leaders foster the company’s cultural atmosphere and shape—and reinforce—the organization’s core values.

Responsibility 5: When the General Manager is absent, oversee the company's daily operations.

Job tasks:

1) Responsible for building the company's workforce, selecting mid-to-senior level managers, and establishing robust administrative and logistics management systems;

2) Chair and convene the General Manager's Office Meeting to make decisions on significant matters;

3) Represent the company at major business, diplomatic, or other important events;

4) Responsible for handling major company emergencies and promptly reporting them to the Board of Directors;

3. Authority:

1. Decision-making and oversight authority regarding the company's daily operational issues;

2. The right to propose company business objectives to the Board of Directors;

3. The right to recommend appointments and dismissals of company employees;

4. The right to monitor all aspects of the company's operations;

5. The right to propose and supervise employee rewards and punishments within the company;

6. Authority to arbitrate work-related disputes between subordinates;

7. The authority to assess and evaluate the management skills, professional competence, and performance of subordinate staff;

8. Financial approval authority within the scope of job responsibilities;

4. Work Collaboration Relationships:

1. Internal Coordination: Departments Within the Company

2. External coordination relationships: Higher-level authorities, government agencies, customers, suppliers, partners, financial institutions, media, and more;

5: Job Qualifications:

1. Education Level: Bachelor’s degree or higher

2. Major: Management or a related field

3. Experience: Over 5 years of work experience, with at least 4 years of management experience in this industry or a closely related field, and more than 2 years of senior-level management experience.

4. Knowledge:

1) Proficient in business management knowledge;

2) Possess knowledge in areas such as technical management, financial management, quality management, and law;

3) Understand the technical knowledge of the company's products;

5. Skills and Technical Abilities: Proficient in using office software such as WORD and EXCEL, equipped with basic knowledge of networking, as well as the ability to operate and maintain office equipment; also possess strong English communication skills.

6. Personal Qualities: Possesses strong leadership skills, as well as excellent judgment and decision-making abilities, interpersonal skills, communication prowess, influence, and the capacity for planning and execution—along with exceptional customer service capabilities.

Six: Other:

1. Tools and equipment used: computers, general office equipment (telephone, fax machine, printer, Internet/Intranet networks), and communication devices;

2. Work schedule characteristics: Often requires overtime and business travel;

3. Required documentation: Strategic plan, annual business plan, and phased progress reports;

7. Assessment Metrics:

1. Sales volume, sales revenue, profit margin, accounts receivable, and progress on key projects;

2. Budget control, key personnel turnover rate;

3. Leadership skills, judgment and decision-making abilities, interpersonal skills, communication skills, influence, planning and execution capabilities, and customer service skills

8. Work Schedule Characteristics: Regularly required to work overtime and travel on business trips, with hours from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
