I. Responsibilities and Job Tasks:
1. Able to develop advertising campaign plans, brand promotion strategies, and write comprehensive proposal design reports;
2. Responsible for brand communication matters, preparing the company's annual overall plan for brand building and communication, and ensuring its effective implementation and execution.
3. Responsible for planning brand activities, including event marketing, public relations communication, and new media marketing, leveraging both online and offline media and channel resources to effectively execute brand promotions, thereby enhancing brand awareness and consumer choice.
4. Responsible for corporate image promotion planning, organizing the creation of promotional copy, and providing guidance on advertising creative design, among other tasks;
5. Participate in developing the brand’s marketing promotion plan and oversee its implementation;
6. Coordinate the implementation of internal company operations and complete an effectiveness evaluation of brand promotion, while also proposing improvement strategies.
7. Responsible for gathering business intelligence and planning the information platform, as well as analyzing macro-level market insights, including market trends and market data.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by higher-level leaders;
9. Complete tasks and meet targets assigned by superiors on time;
10. Assist and collaborate with all departments, responding promptly to their inquiries.

2. Responsibilities: Daily operations of the Sales Department, company regulations and policies, employee discipline, personnel planning, sales strategies, customer management for the Sales Department, website layout design, product packaging details, and advertising promotions.

3. Hiring Requirements:

1. Possess keen insight and the ability to spot emerging trends, enabling you to creatively develop innovative concepts and engaging marketing strategies.

2. Strong copywriting and writing skills, with robust creative thinking abilities, innovative conceptual ideas, and excellent communication skills. Also possesses brand analysis and research capabilities, as well as outstanding brand planning expertise.

3. Deeply understand the unique features of product packaging content, think from the user’s perspective, possess strong social media savvy and a solid foundation in copywriting, and demonstrate independent creative and writing skills.

4. Stay informed about market trends, maintain a keen awareness of outstanding industry examples, and promptly develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to evolving market conditions. Additionally, plan and execute regular brand promotion activities.

5. Capable of effectively leveraging a variety of marketing strategies—including advertising planning, persuasive content promotion, and public relations activities—to conduct market outreach and brand promotion.

6. Candidates should have some experience in project organization and implementation, including overseeing, guiding, and ensuring the successful execution of activities on the ground; preference will be given to those with proven successful planning cases.

7. Possesses strong teamwork spirit, excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as high stress tolerance and a strong sense of responsibility.

8. Proficient in using office software and equipment, with the ability to independently create visually appealing PPT presentation documents.

9. More than two years of experience in brand promotion or marketing planning within the same industry;

10. Diploma or higher education in a relevant field such as marketing, advertising, journalism, or a related discipline;

4. Working Hours and Benefits: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
