I. Responsibilities and Job Tasks:
1. Fully responsible for the daily operations of the production team, as well as staff scheduling and deployment;
2. Complete the production department's production plan, ensuring timely delivery of quality while meeting all team’s production tasks and targets.
3. Responsible for improving the production processes within this team, resolving issues that arise during manufacturing, and enhancing overall production efficiency;
4. Effectively organize production and process management within your team, and break down the team's quality management goals into individual responsibilities and specific processes.
5. During the production process, if defective products are identified, promptly report to your supervisor, propose temporary solutions, assist in pinpointing the issue, analyze the root cause, and implement timely improvements.
6. Responsible for the attendance of this team, conduct effective ideological guidance among team members, ensure staff stability, and maintain safe production practices.

II. Skills and Techniques:

1. At least one year of relevant work experience; candidates with video planning experience are preferred.
2. Has mature, independently led works;
3. Possesses unique video creative thinking and has her own insights and understanding of short-form videos;
4. Proficient in relevant video editing software and capable of independently handling tasks such as video planning, shooting, and editing.
5. Strong sense of responsibility at work and excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

3. Personal Qualities: Possesses strong leadership skills, as well as excellent judgment and decision-making abilities, interpersonal skills, communication prowess, influence, and the capacity to plan and execute effectively—along with outstanding customer service capabilities.

4. Work schedule: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
