I. Responsibilities and Job Tasks:
1. Mold change, trial molding, and machine adjustment;
2. Schedule regular maintenance and upkeep for machines and molds;
3. Simple machine and mold maintenance, as well as electrical and plumbing connections;
4. Keep the machinery clean and sanitary, maintaining 5S within your area of responsibility;
5. Production reports, defect analysis reports, and machine adjustment data sheets;
6. Coordinate with purchase orders, order requirements, production schedules, and manage warehouse receiving processes;
7. Powder materials, ingredients, feeding, and drying;
8. Keep the specification sheet, sample signatures, color samples, material list, and color-matching chart safe and secure.
9. Coordinate with quality control and produce according to quality standards;
10. Conduct scheduled inspections of production quality;
11. Ensure optimal machine performance (cycle time and quality);
12. Managing and coaching subordinate employees, including reviewing their manual attendance cards and evaluating their salary performance ratings.
13. Coordinate with engineering and confirm the first sample;
14. Reasonable order scheduling;
15. Don't waste materials;
16. Complete tasks assigned by superiors.

II. Recruitment Requirements:

1. Responsible for production management in the injection molding department;
2. Familiar with injection molding machines, machine setup, and basic troubleshooting/maintenance;
3. Familiar with molds, mold changes, and basic mold repairs;
4. Familiar with robotic arms;
5. Familiar with injection molding processes and procedures;
6. Have experience working on products with high quality requirements;
7. Understand 5S and able to implement it;
8. Hardworking, self-motivated, and willing to work overtime;
9. Proficient in basic office software and equipment;
10. More than three years of experience.

III. Working Hours and Compensation: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m., 1 p.m. – 6 p.m.
