I. Responsibilities and Job Tasks:
1. Inspect incoming raw materials, purchased components, and other supplies to prevent non-conforming materials from entering the production line;
2. Clearly define acceptance criteria, approve sample submissions, and prepare detailed documented samples for comparison by lower-level teams.
3. Follow up on production feedback and quality information, and address issues effectively;
5. Prepare quality inspection reports and quality summaries for each batch of goods, and communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues.
6. Analyze customer returns and complaints to effectively improve the return rate and complaint rate.
7. Responsible for conducting random inspections of IQC materials before they are received into the warehouse and preparing quality inspection reports.
8. Responsible for conducting random inspections of finished products before they are put into storage and preparing quality inspection reports;
9. Conduct IPQC inspections on the production line and prepare reports;
10. Collaborate with various departments and complete tasks assigned by higher-level management.

II. Hiring Requirements:

1. Responsible for quality control in the Production Department;
2. Complete, analyze, and review quality inspection reports;
3. A careful and responsible work attitude;
4. Able to independently establish comprehensive quality management procedures and processes;
5. Provide employees with quality-related training;
6. Familiar with AQL;
7. Proficient in office software and equipment;
8. Understand the responsibilities and job duties of roles such as IPQC, IQC, QC, and QA;
9. High school diploma or higher;
10. More than two years of experience in quality management for plastics or electronics.

III. Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
