I. Responsibilities and Job Tasks:
1. New PCB design, prototyping, testing, and aging tests;
2. Follow up on and coordinate the integration of the new product's microcontroller solution.
3. Coordinate the new product with 3D design to finalize board layouts, including dimensions, thickness, accessory placements, and potential interference issues.
4. Troubleshooting the circuit board, optimizing the circuit board, and modifying the circuit board;
5. Exit Board Work Instruction: detailed workflow for each process, including photography, materials used, and operational guidelines.
6. Issue a maintenance guidebook, including schematic diagrams and PCB layouts, to instruct service technicians on how to perform repairs directly on the production line.
7. Review the outlet board's SMT BOM, confirm material specifications, approve the initial SMT sample, and prepare the corresponding test fixtures.
8. Product aging—identifying issues, measuring static current, operating current, and runtime;
9. Analysis and reporting of functional issues with returned products;
10. Analysis and improvement of the maintenance personnel report;
11. Sampling and verification of electronic device prototypes;
12. Complete tasks and meet targets assigned by superiors on time;
13. Assist and collaborate with all departments, responding promptly to their inquiries;
14. Participate in new product development.

II. Hiring Requirements:

1. Familiarity with PCB design software such as PROTEL99, AD, and POWER PCB—any one of these—and basic proficiency in other related software like CAD and CAM350.
2. Circuit applications, application of electronic components;
3. Develop and design PCBs for new projects;
4. Circuit maintenance and instruction;
5. PCB prototyping and BOM table generation;
6. Familiar with the use of office software and office equipment;
7. College degree or above;
8. Electronics major;
9. More than two years of work experience.

3. Working hours: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m., 1 p.m. - 6 p.m.
