I. Responsibilities and Job Tasks:
1. Customer Development and Relationship Building: Actively identify and develop a list of existing customers from each trade show, reaching out to them through various channels while maintaining strong relationships with current clients.
2. Responsible for developing foreign trade business, effectively communicating with Alibaba's international customers, and responding to inquiries received on the company's existing foreign trade platforms.
3. Follow up on the order process, ensure timely shipment of goods, and handle after-sales issues;
4. Collect market information, analyze competitors, and provide support for product improvements and marketing strategies for the company;
5. Participate in domestic and international trade shows to enhance the company’s brand visibility in overseas markets.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
2. Employment requirements:

1. Strong communication skills, ambitious, and passionate about the industry
2. Prior experience in electrical work is preferred.
3. Possesses strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, enabling seamless business communication.
4. Clear communication skills and solid product knowledge enable potential customers to understand the company’s and product’s advantages, ultimately leading to order completion.
5. Proactive, with a strong customer service mindset and excellent stress management skills
6. Enthusiastic and proactive about work, with a strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative team spirit.
7. More than one year of relevant work experience

III. Working Hours and Compensation: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
