I. Responsibilities and Job Tasks:
1. Understand market demands, source products, develop offerings, and establish sales strategies;
2. Coordinate with various manufacturers regarding product information;
3. Strategically plan product development and feature roadmap, and collaboratively drive the implementation of product features.
4. Monitor operational data, user research, and feedback to continuously optimize the product;
5. Responsible for the overall and detailed design of the product interface, driving continuous improvement in the user experience;
6. Manage project schedules, drive the technical implementation of the project, and ensure high-quality, efficient project execution.
7. Mentor and manage product designers to build a high-quality team.

II. Hiring Requirements:

1. Familiar with the product development process, possessing a strong sense of market trends, and capable of conducting thorough pre-development market analysis—including insights into target consumer groups, market size, competitive product benchmarks, and strategies to avoid patent risks.
2. Write product feature definitions, have a basic understanding of PCBs, provide visual guidance, possess strong aesthetic sense, offer structural suggestions, and have some knowledge of product architecture.
3. How to promote the new product—strategies, guidelines, and price control;
4. Has more than one year of management experience, with experience in developing new products;
5. Familiar with office software, proficient in common design tools, and able to perform basic image viewing tasks.

3. Working Hours: 8 a.m.–12 p.m., 1 p.m.–6 p.m., 7 p.m.–9 p.m.

4. Qualification Requirements: A relevant major is required.
