I. Responsibilities and Job Tasks:
1. Audit of all company accounts, payroll accounting;
2. Record Forms: Reimbursement Form, Expense Form, Income Form, Payment Form, Receipt Form;
3. Document Review: Incoming Goods Receipt, Outgoing Goods Delivery Note, Material Issue Slip, and Inspection Report;
4. Reconciliation: Sales reconciliation, purchase reconciliation, and processing reconciliation;
5. Monthly full inventory of the warehouse, along with unscheduled spot checks;
6. Monthly financial statements;
7. Analysis and Tracking of Accounting Irregularities;
8. Follow up on tax invoicing for inputs and outputs;
9. Daily cash reconciliation;
10. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

II. Recruitment Requirements:
1. Familiar with accounting processes and job responsibilities;
2. Familiar with ERP software, office applications, and equipment;
3. Accounting professional certificate, or junior-level and intermediate-level certificates;
4. More than two years of work experience;
5. Able to prepare the three major accounting statements: the Balance Sheet, the Income Statement, and the Cash Flow Statement.
