I. Job Responsibilities:
1. Under the leadership of the General Manager, I am fully responsible for the company's production operations and accountable to the General Manager for all management activities.
2. Strictly adhere to company rules and regulations, and diligently fulfill your job responsibilities;
3. Organize the development, inspection, supervision, control, and implementation of systems related to production, equipment, safety, 5S practices, environmental protection, and more;
4. Assist the General Manager in preparing the company's medium- to long-term development plan, approve the annual production and sales comprehensive plan, and propose quarterly factory goals, key tasks, and major implementation strategies.
5. Responsible for preparing annual, quarterly, monthly, and routine work and equipment maintenance plans; promptly organizing implementation, conducting inspections, coordinating efforts, and performing evaluations.
6. Responsible for designing the factory renovation plan, as well as coordinating the layout of factory products and the sequence of operations.
7. Work closely with the marketing department to ensure the fulfillment of orders and product contracts;
8. Collaborate in reviewing and approving technical management standards, develop production process flows, evaluate new product development plans, and organize pilot production runs—all to continuously enhance the market competitiveness of our products.
9. Responsible for ensuring robust production safety education, strengthening control over safe operations, implementing and strictly enforcing safety regulations and production procedures, conducting timely inspections and supervision, and maintaining a safe working environment to prevent major fires, equipment failures, and any incidents resulting in injury or loss of life.
10. Responsible for organizing production site management, emphasizing environmental protection efforts, strengthening occupational safety and health management, and developing comprehensive environmental protection plans.
11. Strengthen management to ensure that responsibilities and authorities of all departments and personnel within the factory are standardized, and establish an ISO 9001 quality management system.
12. Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly production statistical reports promptly, and be sure to retain this marked form. Diligently manage the foundational aspects of production statistics and accounting, paying close attention to primary records, ledgers, and statistical reporting processes. Ensure that statistical calculations are standardized and that all data remain accurate.
13. Oversee the daily production activities of all factory departments, hold regular meetings to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective measures to ensure smooth operation of the production line.
14. Strengthen production statistics and analysis reporting. Conduct regular production statistics analyses and hold economic activity review meetings to summarize lessons learned, identify existing challenges, and propose actionable insights and recommendations for improving operations. Additionally, provide company leaders with focused analytical reports or comprehensive data summaries to support informed decision-making.
15. Responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment and measuring instruments. In coordination with production tasks, properly schedule equipment and instrument maintenance plans to ensure that adequate time is allocated for necessary upkeep and warranty services.
16. Responsible for effectively managing production scheduling. Strengthen scheduling management, enforce strict scheduling discipline, enhance the production expertise and operational management skills of frontline supervisors, optimize overall production capacity, carefully plan production schedules, balance electricity usage, and conserve energy.
17. Strengthen professional training for production management personnel. Responsible for organizing technical guidance and training sessions for quality inspectors, workshop managers, statisticians, machinists, and others, while regularly assessing, evaluating, and benchmarking their professional skills and job performance.
18. Implement and execute the company’s cost control objectives, actively reduce various costs within the plant area, and ensure continuous lowering of production costs—while simultaneously boosting output and maintaining quality standards.
19. Carefully track and analyze the wastage of over-issued materials, ensuring adherence to the principle: "Replenish for every identified cause—no replenishment approved without a valid reason."
20. Responsible for formulating departmental objectives and work plans, organizing implementation, as well as conducting inspections, supervision, and control.
21. Promoting and implementing technical efficiency assessments;
22. Generate the greatest profit with the lowest expenditure, and create maximum value using the fewest resources.
23. Ensure effective production management to maximize efficiency, maintain the highest accuracy in warehouse operations while minimizing inventory levels, optimize procurement processes for maximum timeliness, and uphold rigorous quality control to reduce complaints and returns—while also managing human resources efficiently by promptly recruiting the talent needed.
24. From material procurement for the order, through incoming inspection and production, to final inspection and dispatch, each step must be effectively monitored.

II. Hiring Requirements:

1. Familiar with production work instructions;
2. Familiar with molds, plastic products, electronic components, and silicone products;
3. Skilled in management and production processes;
4. Proficient in using office software, ERP systems, and office equipment;
5. Familiar with 5S, PMC production planning, the ISO9001 quality management system, AQL 2.5 inspection standards, and performance evaluation criteria;
6. Familiar with basic circuit and electronics repair;
7. College degree or higher.

3. Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
