Color Standardization Management

Based on the IP character, we perform professional 3D modeling to transform the two-dimensional Mickey into a manufacturable three-dimensional structure. At this stage, we focus on addressing engineering challenges such as the layout and assembly relationships of internal components—including projection modules, circuitry, and speakers—as well as thermal management, ensuring that the creative design is structurally feasible, reliable, and compatible with large-scale production requirements.

We provide comprehensive engineering drawings, including six-view projections, sectional views, and all critical dimension annotations. These drawings serve as the sole basis for mold development, with their accuracy directly determining the final product geometry and assembly precision. This demonstrates our ability to translate creative designs into executable, industry‑standard manufacturing specifications, laying a solid foundation for subsequent mold fabrication.

Customization Requirements

We’ve designed a dedicated, multi‑function infrared remote control for our product, featuring a clear layout and intuitive controls—such as switching light colors, setting timers for automatic shutdown, and managing music playback. This not only enhances the product’s ease of use and appeal but also brings Disney’s joyful experience to users through thoughtful, human‑centered interaction, reflecting our deep commitment to both functional innovation and user‑experience design.
