Responsibilities and Job Tasks: 1. Issue purchase orders, break down orders, and monitor delivery schedules; 2. Organize and maintain ERP product data; 3. Reconcile accounts and submit them to the accounting department; 4. Evaluate supplier performance and assign ratings; 5. Identify new materials and suppliers, negotiate pricing, secure competitive quotes, and manage payment terms; 6. Handle daily procurement of auxiliary materials during business trips; 7. Inspect incoming samples of new materials and products from emerging suppliers; 8. Oversee the progress of new molds and ensure timely execution of mold transfer requests; 9. Complete other tasks assigned by senior management, collaborate with cross-departmental teams to support and enhance daily company operations; 10. Provide feedback on suppliers’ failure to meet delivery deadlines and follow up on resolutions for substandard products; 11. Actively monitor critical orders to ensure on-time delivery; 12. Supervise and enforce quality control measures for supplied goods.
