Responsibilities and Job Tasks: 1. Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including ERP system data entry and inquiries; 2. Maintain accurate records of inventory and physical assets—ensuring that physical items, material cards, and ERP records remain fully aligned; 3. Prepare shipping orders, pick and pack goods, and become thoroughly familiar with all materials and the ERP system; 4. Safeguard all documentation securely; 5. Coordinate the loading of finished products onto vehicles for shipment; 6. Implement and uphold the 5S warehouse management system; 7. Supervise and manage team members effectively; 8. Reconcile warehouse accounts accurately; 9. Conduct a full inventory count once per month.
