How to choose a night light? A must-read guide for buyers—learn the basics to avoid pitfalls and ensure a good night's sleep.

1. Avoid pitfalls before buying: Don’t chase after brightness, and don’t be tempted by low prices.
Many people think a night light just needs to "light up," but end up with glare that makes it hard to sleep—or worse, potential safety hazards. The key is to focus on "sleep protection + safety."
❌ Don't buy "three-no" products: uncertified items may contain harmful substances and are also prone to overheating and short circuits—especially be extra cautious if you have children.
II. 3 Steps to Choose the Right Night Light
1. Look for "light": warm light, flicker-free, low brightness
✅ Warm light with a color temperature of 2700K–3000K—soft and soothing for a peaceful sleep (our entire product line is exclusively set within this range);
✅ Certified "Flicker-Free + RG0 Low Blue Light," with CQC test report included (verifiable).
✅ Brightness < 30 lumens: Turn on the light when it’s dark, place your palm on the pillow, and ensure you can clearly see your hand without distinct finger shadows—this indicates it meets the standard (our model offers adjustable brightness from 5 to 30 lumens).
2. Check for "Safety": Materials, Certifications, and Details
✅ For the standard models, we use ROHS-certified eco-friendly plastic; for the mother-and-baby line, we opt for food-grade PP or ceramic (note that our mother-and-baby products share the same material as baby bottles).
✅ Must have CCC certification (leakage protection, ensures safety; visible on packaging);
✅ Type-C charging port + battery life of ≥8 hours (our upgraded model lasts up to 12 hours), and plug-in models feature temperature-rise protection (remaining cool to the touch after 4 hours).
3. View the "Scenarios": Choose Items on Demand
  • Mother & Baby: Dual Color Temperature + Touch-Activated Dimming (Dual-Use for Sleep Aid / Breastfeeding);
  • Children: Rounded cartoon design + installed 1.2 meters above the ground;
  • Elderly person: Human body sensing + delayed shut-off (3-meter sensing, no need to bend over);
  • White-collar workers: minimalist models or Xiaomi/Mate smart versions (with voice control).
3. Lighting Tips
  1. Place it correctly: Install the cabinet on the bedside side (1.2 meters above the floor), and mount the corridor sensor model at 0.8 meters high (ensuring it doesn’t swing into people’s path).
  1. Adjust brightness levels: 5–10 lumens for soothing sleep, 20–25 lumens for breastfeeding, and low brightness for nighttime wake-ups (our sensor-activated model uses less than 1 kWh per month).
  1. Battery protection: For the charging version, recharge when it drops to 20% (red light alert); for the plug-in version, unplug it if not used for extended periods.
