Responsibilities and Job Tasks: 1. Inspect incoming raw materials, purchased components, and other supplies to prevent non-conforming materials from entering the production line; 2. Define acceptance criteria, approve sample products, and prepare detailed documented samples for reference by lower-level teams; 3. Monitor quality feedback from production and promptly address any issues to ensure effective resolution; 4. Prepare comprehensive quality inspection reports and summaries for each batch of goods, and collaborate with suppliers to resolve any concerns; 5. Analyze customer returns and complaints to identify root causes and implement targeted improvements aimed at reducing return and complaint rates; 6. Conduct pre-inbound inspections of IQC materials and prepare corresponding quality inspection reports; 7. Perform pre-inbound inspections of QA finished products and document the results in quality inspection reports; 8. Carry out IPQC inspections along the production line and compile detailed inspection reports; 9. Support cross-departmental efforts and assist in completing tasks assigned by higher management.
