Responsibilities and Job Tasks: 1. Oversee the daily operations of the production team, including staff scheduling and deployment. 2. During the production process, promptly identify defective products, report them to supervisors, propose temporary solutions, assist in troubleshooting, analyze root causes, and implement timely improvements. 6. Manage team attendance records, foster positive communication and morale among team members, maintain workforce stability, and ensure safe and compliant operations.

Assist the General Manager in developing the company’s medium- and long-term development plans, review and approve annual production and sales comprehensive plans, and propose quarterly factory goals, key tasks, and major strategic initiatives. 5. Be responsible for preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly operational plans, as well as routine maintenance schedules for equipment, ensuring timely organization, implementation, inspection, coordination, and performance evaluation. 6. Oversee the design of factory renovation plans, including product layout and coordination among production processes. 7. Collaborate closely with the marketing department to ensure smooth execution of orders and product contracts. 8. Work with relevant teams to review and establish technical management standards, develop production process workflows, evaluate new product development proposals, and organize pilot production runs—continuously enhancing product competitiveness in the market. 9. Ensure robust production safety education, strengthen safety control measures, rigorously enforce safety regulations and production operation procedures, conduct regular inspections, and maintain a safe working environment to prevent major accidents involving fires, equipment failures, or workplace injuries. 10. Manage on-site production operations effectively, prioritize environmental protection efforts, enhance labor protection management, and develop comprehensive environmental protection action plans. 11. Strengthen overall management to standardize the roles, responsibilities, and authorities of all factory departments and personnel, and establish an ISO 9001-certified quality management system. 12. Timely prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly production statistical reports, maintaining meticulous records of production statistics and accounting data. Emphasize accurate recording of raw data, ledgers, and statistical reports to ensure compliance with standardized accounting practices and data reliability. 13. Supervise daily production activities across all factory departments, holding regular meetings to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective corrective actions, ensuring smooth operation of production lines. 14. Lead production statistical analysis and reporting, conducting periodic reviews of production metrics and economic performance. Summarize insights gained from these analyses, pinpoint existing challenges, and provide actionable recommendations and comprehensive reports to support senior management decision-making. 15. Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment and measurement tools, coordinating equipment schedules with production tasks to guarantee timely upkeep and minimize downtime. 16. Manage production scheduling effectively, enforcing strict scheduling discipline, enhancing frontline managers’ expertise and operational skills, balancing overall production capacity, optimizing work schedules, and promoting energy efficiency and conservation. 17. Drive professional training programs for production management staff, organizing guidance and training sessions for quality inspectors, workshop supervisors, statisticians, machinists, and other key personnel. Regularly assess their competencies and performance through evaluations, assessments, and performance appraisals. 18. Implement and monitor the company’s cost-control objectives, actively identifying opportunities to reduce operational expenses while maintaining high-quality output and increasing productivity. 19. Carefully track and analyze material overages, adhering strictly to the principle of "replenishing when necessary; refusing approval when no valid reason exists." 20. Develop and oversee departmental goals, work plans, and ensure their effective implementation, monitoring, and control. 21. Promote and enforce performance-based technical efficiency assessments. 22. Maximize profitability with minimal expenditure, achieving the highest value creation using the smallest workforce possible. 23. Optimize production management for maximum efficiency, ensuring warehouse operations deliver the highest accuracy with minimal inventory levels. Streamline procurement processes to maximize timeliness, while maintaining rigorous quality control to minimize complaints and returns. Enhance human resource management by promptly recruiting the talent needed to meet business demands. 24. Effectively oversee every stage of the production process—from material procurement and incoming inspection to manufacturing, final inspection, and dispatch—ensuring thorough quality control at each step.
