Responsibilities and Job Tasks: 1. Under the leadership of the General Manager, oversee all office operations, serving diligently as a strategic advisor and assistant to the GM, effectively bridging communication between upper management and staff while ensuring comprehensive, high-quality support. 2. Responsible for delegating, implementing, monitoring, supervising, and ensuring the proper execution of specific corporate management tasks assigned by the General Manager. 3. Assist the General Manager in managing all operational and service-related functions, closely tracking progress, providing feedback, and ensuring that policies and initiatives are consistently carried out across the organization. 4. Collaborate with the General Manager to conduct research, gather insights into the company’s operational and managerial performance, and proactively propose actionable recommendations or solutions for the GM’s decision-making process. 5. Organize and manage the General Manager’s office meetings and other gatherings, maintaining detailed meeting minutes. Additionally, prepare, draft, and distribute key documents such as resolutions and decisions. 6. Accomplish all tasks and assignments assigned by the General Manager in a timely and efficient manner.
